Format details:

• Bright Lights uses only FOUR booster packs per player, making it the best bang-for-your-buck Sealed Deck format yet!
• Decks have a maximum size of 40 cards (and a minimum of 30).
• For a regular pre-release where players are receiving a total of 6 Bright Lights Booster Packs (4 for the Bright Lights Sealed Format + 2 participation boosters)
• Participation boosters will be distributed to players at the end of the event
